Job Title: Senior Sales
MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Marketing research for key accounts, leads and new business opportunities
? Preparation of individual key account development plans. Support delivery of plans with respective key account managers.
? Pipeline track record includes record for monthly calls (KAM and marketing leads).
? Contribute to monthly new wins reporting.
? Bid management and ensuring that content is client oriented and tailored.
? Systematic and organized
? Pro-active, energetic, motivated
? Understand international working environment
? Good presentation skills
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience of working within in a professional services environment, preferably relating to Project Management consulting and Cost Management.
? Strong business acumen with good presentation and negotiation skills.
? Interpersonal skills to manage delivery through others, including colleagues and external suppliers.
? Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese language skills.
? Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Willing to travel as required
